C:\>Prompt IT Services, Inc. was formed in April 2008 and was formerly C:\>Prompt Computer Consultants, Inc. which has served small and medium businesses in the central Piedmont Triad of North Carolina and surrounding areas since 1997. We  transitioned our core business model to Remote Managed Services and became proactive instead of simply reactive to our customers IT needs. We felt that a new company name and look was in order to better reflect those changes.

We provide Computer, Network, and Business Systems, Design, Installation, Repair and Support to various type and size Businesses. We also provide Remote Managed Services, Remote Offsite Backup, and Disaster Recovery Services. Serving areas of NC: Charlotte, Albemarle, Biscoe, Seagrove, Asheboro, Lexington, Thomasville, Highpoint, Greensboro, Winston Salem, Kernersville, Raleigh, Davidson County, and Randolph County.
