Depending on type of plan purchased, Remote Backup Management and labor is included.

*Cost of backup hardware/software is not included.

Vendor Management Services. We will manage all of your infrastructure vendors, allowing you and your staff to run your business, not your vendors. Anytime there's an issue with hardware or software serviced by a vendor, we manage that for you. One call to us, and we take it from there, and work the problem with the vendor to a resolution. We will even schedule any onsite visits required by the vendor, and oversee the successful remediation of the issue at hand.

Do you support any industry specific software?

Yes we do support Industry Specific software such as QuickBooks, MIMS, Mas90, CDM+, Win TAM, Autodesk products, and many others. We also specialize in & have over 10 years of experience and advanced troubleshooting in Sage Timberline. We have worked with various construction companies designing & implementing custom accounts, programs, and reports to meet their accounting needs in Timberline.

So I'll never pay more than one Flat Fee no matter what happens in my environment?

We offer 3 plans of service to purchase which outlines the times our support staff is available to your company. All plans include 24x7x365 Remote Monitoring. Examples of items that are not covered under our Flat Fee service plans include the cost of replacing or adding new hardware, or shipping costs, the cost of software licensing or renewal or upgrade fees, and the cost of any third party vendor or manufacturer support or incident fees. Whenever the potential arises for additional fees outside of our Flat Fee, you will always be notified in advance for approval.
